U.S. Congress Poll numbers only slightly worse than BP-how is that possible?

Did you know that on any given day, during this last month or so, British Petroleum of disapproval ratings between 80 and 85 were%? That means that their approval ratings were only 15 to 20%. We know of other groups who have incredibly low approval ratings, such as the Congress of the United States, today, British Petroleum numbers just slightly higher than the US Congress. Of course, that could change any day now? Sure, it could very well.

Not so long ago, a friend of mine said to me "the approval numbers for the current Congress are lower than they've ever been in u.s. history, and they can even worse." How so I asked? Well, he told me, when the U.S. electorate and citizens find out that the ObamaCare health care bill, which was signed into law, actually them more money for insurance, and the costs significantly increased our debt they will be very upset.

Also, if the u.s. Congress the BP oil stain used to Institute Cap-and-trade tax, then the electricity bills for all citizens of the USA are liable to be increased by about a third almost immediately. And he asked me if I thought that people would be upset.
