UPDATE: Leadership of the camera has drawn the word rule. Votes should not be there pass to discuss the vote an amendment which allows. Now it is not clear whether the rule will be changed to disallow any amendment, more votes on amendments that satisfy the Dems or votes on amendments favored by the Republicans. Anyway, it is likely that this is a temporary setback and things are probably still on track for the step.
Original post below. I te successive updates in this post, so please check back again soon for more...
The regulation Committee of the Assembly met last night to forge the rule that will govern the Parliament debate today Obama-GOP tax bill and, as expected, being protected by allowing only a vote on the amendment. There will be no vote leave high-income tax lapse rates, providing payroll less regressive tax, lengthening the extension of unemployment insurance filing or add an additional level of benefits for the 99ers. Only allowed voting will be an amendment to raise the tax from the estate of very low Senate for almost-as-low 2009 level as defined by Bush and leaders of the camera are lashes against this, because you don't want to have to pay back Bill to the Senate.
In spite of the Democratic caucus last week who oppose the operation of Obama-GOP internal almost unanimous vote, establishing democratic Obama below is doing everything possible for this on the ram. According to the Republic Pete DeFazio [D, OR-4] Obama has requested until Dems camera warning that not to approve the draft law would mean the end of his presidency.
The vote will spend this afternoon, about 5 p.m., and the most likely scenario is that you rejected the amendment of the estate tax and underlying bill passes with Republicans almost all vote "Yes" along with a few dozen Blue Dogs and new Dems. If Democrats manage to stay together on amendments to the tax of heritage and passing it, Bill must be sent to the Senate for follow-up action. Senate Republicans have pledged to reject changes to provisions, Bush tax cuts, including the estate tax so it is the only chance of things get stumbled. But it is not likely to occur. According to The Hill, "camera leadership aides said private doubted that Pomeroy proposal [i.e., the estate tax amendment] spent, in view of the pledges for Republicans and Blue Dog Democrats to oppose changes."
